HST Medical strives to ensure that all information and material provided on this website is accurate and up to date. None of the information found on this website is meant to substitute for professional medical advice.

HST Medical shall not be held responsible nor to be held liable, whether directly or indirectly, for any injury, loss or damage incurred from the use of any information or material found on this website. All rights reserved.

No part of this website, its information, materials, or images, may be reproduced in any other forms or means without the permission of HST Medical.

HST Medical may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.

1b. Returns Policy – Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

We try to always provide the highest level of service possible. If there is a problem with your order, please begin by contacting Customer Care Representative at contact.us@heritage.com.sg immediately.

Please provide us with as much information as you can about the problem, including your order number, and the name of the affected products. Our Customer Care Representative will respond to you as soon as possible.

In a case of a return, please do take note of the following:

You should return the Damaged/Defective or Incorrect product/s to us within 7 days of receipt.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept items back that have been opened or used unless the product has been damaged during delivery. Furthermore, we do not accept back items that require cold chain handling.

When returning items to us, please place your returned goods in their original packaging and do not remove any labels. All items being returned should be sent with the original receipt and a note with it to state the reason for you returning the item. You must include your order number with your return, as failing to do this could result in you not receiving a refund as we may not be able to locate you on our systems.

We are sorry, but we are unable to offer a free returns service to our customers. Returns must be made at your own cost. Please return your parcel using a standard trackable service, and obtain a proof of postage receipt. Please keep your proof of postage safe as your will need this as your proof of return

If you would like to return an item, we will refund you within 21 days of receiving the returned parcel. Please note this is provided that the product returned is received back to us within the stated returns period. Damaged, defective or incorrect products returned by you will be refunded in full, including a refund for the delivery charges for sending the item. However if you order the wrong product by mistake, the delivery charges will not be refunded.

In the event that we do not receive your returned goods, we will ask you to provide your proof of postage receipt from the Post Office. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide proof of postage.

We will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. In any case of refund, we will only refund the cost of the products as per customer’s invoice and please note that the delivery costs would not be refunded.

1c. International Shipping

We wish to remind all customers that international orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival.

The recipient of the shipment is responsible for any import fees, as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for more information.

However, we will deal with the courier service in touch with the customs to return your parcel to us.

Rejected items by the customs will be refunded, excluding the delivery charges for sending the item.

Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

3i – PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

From 2 January 2014, Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) has introduced certain changes to the way in which we may contact you for promotional and marketing purposes.

The PDPA provides for the establishment of a National Do Not Call (DNC) Registry, which allow individuals to register their Singapore telephone numbers to opt out of receiving marketing phone calls, mobile text messages such as SMS or MMS, and faxes from organizations.

These changes will generally not affect informational and service related messages sent by HST Medical, such as reminders about your loyalty program.

HST Medical is committed to complying with the requirements of the PDPA and respects your choices. We have always been mindful of engaging our customers in a more targeted and relevant way.

If you have registered your telephone number with the DNC Registry, we will not send you our promotional and marketing messages via phone calls, text messages and faxes.

However, if you have previously given us consent to contact you for such purposes, we will continue to do so until you withdraw your consent.
